aaahh i see so that because i have no wish for my football club to move to a multi purpose stadium much too big for its support i am therefore unwilling to change with the times? Kids today...still as thick as they used to be

It was the 'I'd rather be in league one' rant that had me thinking that you are a 'stuck in youre ways and don't like change' kinda guy. Said I wasnt being funny, but it is a bit of an odd stance to try and stop the future, when everyone else is evolving.
Do you use the m25 or still go on all the back roads?? Joke by the way.
Oh and I'll check the age thread, but I reckon I'm older than you kidder.

Did you enjoy the prem last 2 seasons? Do you want to be in a league where its pretty much guaranteed we wont get in the top six? Just like the prem for its razzmatazz and its media exposure? Just because you want to be a Bill Big Bowlarks and want other teams fans to recognise that cos you support a prem club? TF and the board are desperate to get back to the prem and all that exposure but what is it as a fan that appeals to you? Me....i dont give a toss what league we are in as long as we still remain that family club from West London but i would like to be able to compete in a league and not where all we got too look forward to is a cup run. Dont care about the media exposure of the prem or about having "names" playing for us.

I love the prem for some reason. Ok its better not losing down here, but we are playing some right dog shite opponents and the games have been pretty tedious and boring. I want to see the likes of ozil and Rooney etc down the bush. It still feels like family to me, jut that we are holding much better parties when we are up there. And I'm pretty sure we won't be the whipping boys next time we are there. And I for one, can't wait.

Oh and to add, I don't think I would swap any Rangers memory in my years and years of going with that last day at City. The Barton and fight, that dramatic finish and we still stayed up. Yeah, that's my best ever Rangers memory if pushed to chose one. Even better than wembley against oxford and spurs (both games).

Thats the difference then i think mate as i am not interested in seeing opponents players like Rooney and Ozil playing against us. Cant get excited about watching some overpriced uncaring player like Rooney or his ilk. Remember seeing fans like that last 2 seasons trying to get photos's or autographs from opposing players...made my stomach turn. Should be giving them abuse not asking them for a ****ing autograph...thats the prem and the plastics for you though.

The City game? Doesnt even make my top 20 of rangers memories. We lost and stayed up because other teams around us couldnt win on the day. Now a City fan might have that as his best footballing moment but a rangers fan? whats wrong with you...?

Nothing wrong with me. Always been hurt by rangers, like the games I mentioned and Norwich in 77. Them defeats caused proper pissed off pain, that defeat caused euphoria. Hence my fave day out/moment.

There are several others who are desperate to remain, so perhaps you should band together to put pressure on the board not to go ahead with the move.
Richard, your previous post was just a scaremongering rant.

What do you think the point of a 'pressure group' is ?

QPR is a privately owned company and the 'saviours' who now own 2/3 of it are ONLY here to make money, why on earth would they listen to John & Jane Doe ?
We are only the poor idiots that are expected to blindly follow whatever decision they decide will make them the most money.

Just because some of us aren't completely brainwashed by Saint Tony, doesn't mean we don't have a valid point.

As stated before, have some of you been to the soulless half empty stadiums around the country on away trips ?

VBlock hit the nail on the head with his comment about people wanting to collect Panini stickers and see us all over Sky .............
"Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?
For us that would mean around 29k."

The main objective is to get promoted back to the Prem.
But if we do go up this season then we need to concentrate on staying there, and gradually building every season to survive and improve.

We don't really get that many plastics though, aint it just kids asking for England players and players they see on the world stage asking for the signatures??
I like the best of things if I can possibly get them, that why got a transfer from Charles Hocking House and moved to Barwick House, cos it was newer furbished and better.
