Keep the back 4 the same. Replace SWP with Kranjcar.

So, despite Hoilett's good start he's dropped to the bench, and Kranjcar is a left winger?

      The things you learn.......
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Kranjcar's left sided. So he can play on the left side of midfield with AJ playing the left channel and BAE overlapping..... I take the excellent point about Holliett, mind.it. Just shows our embarrassment of riches. Think we need some continuity in midfield, so would play Henry to break things up. Holliett would certainly come on second half..... And his preference- as with all modern 'wingers' is to cut inside, so we wouldn't lose any width not playing him from the start.

Personally I can't see Kranjcar starting, hasn't played a competitive game since March or April and as such will most likely be eased in slowly, same goes for Matty Phillips. I'd have both on the bench if possible though, along with Dunne, O'Neil, SWP & Zamora........When you put it down on paper we don't half have a strong squad!

My team would look like this.

            Green
            Simpson Onouha Hill BAE
            Barton Henry Carroll Hoilett
            Austin AJ

The thing is will Harry split up a winning team, it wouldn't surprise me if he kept the same side as Leeds and brings on the new signings

Carroll and Assou-Ekotto are bound to start. As good as our start has been, Left Back has been a problem position and we're crying out for some creativity in the middle of the park!

Unbelievable people want to drop Dunne and or change our back four! 3 cleans sheets in a row and looked solid. Benny will have to wait.

                        Green
                        Simpson, Dunne, Neds, Hill
                        SWP, Barton, Carroll, Hoilett
                        AJ, Austin

Niko and Benny won't be match fit anyway, Hoilett has to play on the left. Joey can sit and let Carroll express himself. SWP played well at Leeds and deserves to start.

SWP gets nowhere near the first team for me, better having Henry in the team to do the ugly stuff and give Joey a bit more license to attack.

As for Dunne, agree that dropping him is harsh but Assou-Ekotto has to play for me. Hill has done well at Left Back but he is getting too old and immobile to play there, even he admits that, I don't think we should push our luck playing him there against a decent side like Birmingham. Dunne played 90 minutes for Republic last night and may well play again midweek, the obvious choice is to shift Hill to Centre Half and put Dunne on the bench!
