  • if it ain't broke

I think that we should give this team a chance and not just let the new signings walk into the team after all we are top of the league.only when things go a bit stale should they be used or a dip in form.we are going to have to change formation to accommodate them all.But saying that looking at what players we have to come in we will look absolutely terrifying.COYRs

I agree on principle with what you're saying, but if Krancjar and Carroll are fit and ready to play it would be a shame denying the fans a glimpse of what they can do.
We severely lack any creativity in the team at the moment and although I've enjoyed the six points from the last two away games I can't say I've really enjoyed our workman like football.

I would stick them in as they will have had chance to train with the rest because of the international break. Players like we have signed can only improve the team and even though we have ground out some good results and had a great start i am still waiting to see a good team performance. We have never looked comfortable imo so far this season.

Does kranjcar still play for his national side, and if so is he not on international duty for the world cup qualifiers?

Only new player out of phillips, BAE, kranjcar and carroll i'd start against brum is kranjcar - depending on fitness.

Hill deserves his place in the side as does henry, o'neill and to an extent SWP.

At home however I wouldn't play henry as we will want to take the game too brum from the off. so I'd swap kranjcar for henry and move oneill next to barton.

And saying that, Carroll is deffo on international duty, what about BEA, does he play for his country? Just wondering how many of the three noobs are getting to know the other players this couple of weeks.

Clints done well, but BAE is the signing the excites me the most. Was a regular in a top 5 team.

If Niko can get even close to how good he has been we will have the best player in the division.

Don't really know a lot about Carroll, but Spurs friends rate him highly. Plus Phillips to throw in their its a nice, tough decision to have to make!

Its good to have some depth and quality for a change.

It will be interesting to see who HR picks against Birmingham City, I wonder if Hoillet will now be used as a striker to partner Austin?

Have a feeling Carroll will feature straight away, as a sub to start with. Must be some clause to give him games otherwise he would've gone to Ajax.

BAE and Kranjcar may need time to get up to fitness levels.
