Got my Chelsea ticket at last!!

What a nightmare yesterday with waiting on the phome for ages all day and being cut off four times and then some Northern tw*t telling me his system is telling me that I do not have a season ticket and to try later!!

Many e-mails to the box office who tell me to try and book online and when I get in to the system I end up in another fans account.

Phoned today and spoke to a lovely lady at QPR who after joking that the tickets had sold out was a credit to the club with her customer service and waived any booking and postage fees etc and is sending 1st class today.

True..... must agree also that whenever I deal with them they are mostly very helpful.

I just could'nt get thru on the phone, having listened to various bits of information, and pushed a load of buttons on my phone, it cut into... we're experiencing very high demand, phone back later, and then cut me off.

Soo I booked on-line in stead... and it was all really easy!

Went up to get mine at about 2:45.. was all very easy, one person in front of me in the queue and a couple behind, was really quiet.

I suspect quite a few will be sold Tomorrow.
