Rather Cesar in goal than Green. Both pretty **** at crosses but I think Cesar is a better keeper regardless of how well Green has played so far. Let's not forget Green hasn't really been troubled yet and as soon as he messes up he'll be dropped.

it's an interesting debate.
I was talking to a couple of work mates and they couldn't believe a keeper of Cesars quality was going to be playing championship football. They also said Green has got a clanger up his sleeve. I thought this too before we signed him and he is well remember for his england disaster but the bloke hasn't really put a foot wrong and I think he's done enough to keep his place in the starting 11. Also it shows the rest of the team that players are picked on merit and that is why Green should stay as no1 while he is showing this kind of form. Lets also not forget we have conceded 2 goals in 5 games, green is a big part of that!I played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

I agree that Green hasn't had loads of saves to make but the ones he has made have been very good and crucial. It's all the more impressive when you haven't much else to do as is more difficult to concentrate and stay on your toes.
There really isn't much to choose between them IMO. They are both good stoppers but neither is great at crosses or particularly good at handling. I would rather Green there for his current passion and commitment and I think he has earned his place for now. He must be better at communicating with his team mates too surely? Anyway, it's good for us to have them both available.

Let him rot. Greeno is more than good enough. We've worked hard to get a good team spirit without this mercenary ruining things.

Wouldn't say Julio's a mercenary - he was in good form for much of last season and I can't recall him ever being faulted for his attitude. On the contrary everyone seems to say he's a top pro. Blame Tony and Phil for handing him a wage so big no-one was ever going to match it. Say it's a 20k per week difference between what he's earning here and at a prospective club. That's over 3 million quid across the remainder of his contract. Can't blame a bloke for not wanting to throw that much cash away.

Rangers legend after 26 games, half of which he didn't even play that well?!!!
He's only still here cos nobody else is daft enough to pay him the 50 grand a week that we're paying him. And if you belive all that "I never thought about leaving QPR" nonsense then you really do need your head looked at!
