  • Cesar

not sure why he's still here
I know his wages are high but surely he should have taken a wage cut to get himself a move, especially in a world cup year.
I hope Harry sticks with Green as he's been loyal and patent and hasn't done anything wrong imo
Cesar's actions or lack of, don't make sense
he's potentially shot himself in the foot.

Totally agree. Clearly all what Cesar cared about was money in contrary to reports that he wanted to play at the top flight to guarantee his Brazil career.

Green has been superb so far and there is no point of playing Cesar especially that he has not been training. Let him train and work hard to regain his place. Why the hell the club is still paying his wages while he's not training. Where is he now anyway???

I think the combo of length of contract + salary proved to be the sticking point for clubs not taking a punt. Clearly Cesar was not prepared to budge on either. Gives Harry a bit of a dilemma now...

Not the end of the world IMO

Tell him if he doesn't want to go on loan to somewhere outside of Europe (presumably ?), he'll have to get fit and fight for his place.

Green is #1 now because of form, and we stick with him.
However, if he starts to faulter, we have a great backup.

If Cesar doesn't like that and doesn't train - fine him EVERY week until he sees sense.

Has he even been training with the squad?

Another kick in the nuts if Green doesnt keep his place.

He was given extra time off due to Confederations Cup but if not since then. He has some weekly fines to catch up on.

don't think the Brazil national goalie has ever been a championship reserve!
would def stick with Green and hope Cesar is dropped by Brazil

Not sure this is Cesar's fault at all. Harry has said numerous times that we have received no enquiries about him. People seem to be very quick to leap on the "money-grabber" issue but none of us know if he has even spoken to other clubs.

did Cesar come to us to further his career or was it the dough?
Well he's got plenty of dough now and a bit of egg on his boat to go with it!!

Can you tell me when Cesar has been in a position to negotiate terms with a club with QPR having a formal offer accepted? As Harry said and confirmed - No offers have come in for him so not sure how you can then say "All Cesar cared about was the money " when he has never been in a position to negotiate.

Does he owe you money or something as you seem to have a serious vendetta against him?

Shows he can't be too arsed about Brazil ,if he won't take a pay cut to leave us.
