Assou-Ekotto will play and so will Carroll. My Spurs contact tell me he is a real class act.
Phillipps is not available for a while. I think Krancjar is more likely to play in home games and Henry away to give us more backbone
Hill and Dunne will struggle to play all the games, also Hill is cover for Assou Ekotto
Really strong squad with some quality to it
I think the new signing are going to help Austin start banging in some goals

      Once the team's settled:

      ------------------ Green -----------------

      Simpson -- Onuoha --- Dunne --- Ekotto

      ----------------- Barton ------------------

      Phillips --- Carroll -- Kranjcar --- Hoillet

      ----------------- Austin ------------------

Which leaves Hill, Cesar, Henry, Jenas, SWP, Johnson, O'Neil as options from the bench.

Not too bad if you ask me. Really can't see how any other squad in the division is getting close to that strength and depth.

And if the injuries pile up, we still have the likes of Yun and a bunch of youngsters to call upon.

Like some say we don't change a winning team but Harry now has some fantastic options which he never had when Leeds introduced fresh legs from the bench and pinned us back for the last 10 minutes for an equalizer. That should never happen now.
          Amazing signings.

I agree with this team for home games
away games will possibly see O'Neill and Henry in for 1 of the wide man and one of the central players to give us a bit more solidity

He's there purely to break up the opposition's play and he does that well from what I've seen. Carroll will get plenty of chances once injuries come into it.

              As for Cesar, yeah.
Henry is working his socks off in midfield doing the unnoticed midfield work. How do people think the clean sheets have been kept in the last 3 league games? It isn't all down to Green and the defence. Henry and Barton are scrapping to win the ball in midfield and stifling the opponents.

                I agree.

Diakite and not one of England best young talents. Ha ha ha ha. You are a classic marshy, place would be worse off without you're madness.

                          My team!

                          GREEN
                          SIMPSON -HILL-ONUOHA-BAE
                          BARTON- HENRY
                          KRANJCAR - CARROLL- HOILETT
                          AUSTIN

playing five in midfield is a better option as we only really have one spare striker in AJ as Zamora don't really count will also keep other midfielders happy as there is more chance of them getting a game .thoughts?
                          Ps what a lineup!!!

give Barton the Henry job and make room for both Carroll and Kranjcar
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
