My view is that Baird will sign on a free transfer next week, and we will loan a striker from somewhere.

Also I reckon Cesar, Diakte and Ephraim will go out on loan too.

A striker to break up defences and create space would make the biggest difference. Reckon a lot of teams will defend in numbers at Loftus Road. Zamora is the current striker for that role but his injuries hamper him. Someone on the bench who can mix things up and create space. Maybe Crouch on loan, Adebayor, even Carlton Cole would provide it too when a stubborn defence cannot be broken by the flair.
