  • First real test this weekend

This will be the first proper team we will play this weekend - so by the end of it we should know just how good we really are.

I am willing to accept a defeat, you cannot after all win them all. What I will not accept is excuses from Harry. He is being paid good money, he either works with what he has, or if he isn't up to the job, then he moves on and let's us bring in a manager who can get us promoted.

Thought Bolton was our first real test, and we did ok. A draw would be acceptable tomorrow.

Bolton won't be in the top 6 come May - Leeds will be.

Wasn't Ipswich the first real test?
Before that second first real test last week away at Bolton?

Bolton were not far off last season but were prevented from fielding their strongest team against us due to injuries and suspensions.

Of course they were, just on a different level to Leeds.

Was Tyson putting down Bruno a test? No.

We need to stop living in fantasy land, this isn't fantasy football.

Ipswich and Bolton are average sides, only when we go and beat Watford, Blackpool, Forest and Leeds will I say "heck, yeah, this team is going places".

Leeds will no doubt be tough, I'd love us to get a result there just because it's the int break after and we lost every game on the cusp of int break last year

Exactly! If we thump Leeds then the next real test will be Brum

Think you are wrong...Think Bolton will be there or thereabouts end of the season.

Are Leeds suddenly a great team again then ? Last time I looked they were an under achieving bang average championship team . Totally there for the taking and our superior class and quality should shine through

Seriously what planet are you on. Of course they were tests. Every game we play will be a test for us this season because everyone in the league will want to beat us. As a club, in terms of size we aren't the biggest, but we'll be everyone's cup final because we've just dropped out of the Premiership after being there for 2 season and because of the big names in our squad. Probably 9 of our starting 11 will command a starting place in almost every Championship side this season. Get a grip.
