    Claude Davis...

What a nasty piece of work him and the crystal palace players were. Come on, poor Sami was having the crap kicked out of him.
-Elbowed in the face and then kicked in the face.

How the hell did he not get sent off? Seriously confused...:scorn:

Surely not, as Goodfellahs will tell you it was all his own fault, the bloke just cannot stand up unaided.

In reality it is in games like this, where there was lots of little ( and big) digs, nudges and kicks (hey typical Warnock?) all game from the Palace defenders, that you can tell the referee has never participated in a game of football at anything more than W4nker High School under 12's.

Breaking news - defenders in the championship are big, ugly and nasty and will attempt to intimidate, bully and foul centre forwards. Assuming we know this and also that "Sammy" isnt very good at dealing with it, what is the point of him?

Damn right, let's promise to never sign anyone who can't score twenty a season while being kicked to 5hit.

And while were at it, lets boo the fook out of them as well.

            Two words: Neil Warnock

Would you like him banging your door down after the match, complaining??

            :grimace:

They were a dirty lot, though, weren't they?
            Be nice to Minty

Both were accidental IMO SDC made a meal out of them he did get hit especially with the foot but it was never a sending off as some people seemed to make out it was an accident!

Yeh but its still a foul whther he meant it or not.
The penalty for Spurs yesterday. The defender didn't mean it but he still handled the ball. Your bashing of Di Carmine is pathetic. If one of our player's gets elbowed, then minutes later gets kicked in the face; producing blood from Sami's face.

How was he not sent off?

By the laws of the game if the handling is accidental then it shouldn't have been a penalty! They just had Dermot Gallacher on Sky saying how in his view it shouldn't have been give because of that very reason!
Im not bashing Di Carmine here he did get cuaght twice both times IMO were accidental, the elbow he get let off with the kick was the second time and he he got booked for it, it was never a sending off offence!

Dont think he did much wrong in all honesty.
The Championship is like that, we could do with a bit more Sean Derry / Matt Lawrence in our team, I know that much, too many crybabies / showponys / prettyboys in our team.
