It's simple.I was at the box office this morning getting my Chelsea ticket,and the bloke next to me was getting 5 Newcastle tickets.He produced his own client ref.number and 4 different ref.nos.belonging to his mates-all checked on computer in a matter of seconds.

bloke behind counter did query that the some of the client ref numbers had not got 71 points but as i was getting 5 he gave them anyway...good chap eh?? - i was a bit worried that i would only be able to get 2 and then come back for the other 3 but would then not be sitting next to each other - sorted in the end though

i doubt very much that there are more than 1 thousand people with over 71 loyalty points that want tickets for Newcastle seeing that we havnt had more than 1100 ? away all year and all those want to go to Newcastle - does this make sense??
