the problem is that he is just a bit more crap than we were expecting. the q therefore is do we stick with someone who is quite disapointing or sack him in the hope that we will randomly find someone who is prepared to accept such an unstable, short-term position who is slightly less crap. its a tough call. My instinct is to stick to the slightly crap guy we've got, but hey, I was against Iain Dowie getting sacked so what do I know...
