          too

too trully understand the hate you must remember, that when i started out
as an olrigional skinhead all of us west london skins had a vow of unity
but the mike keen testimonial was to change everything in 1968 from that moment on......... the hate got worse and worse.............them bullying us went right up untill 1982.................untill the formation of the funky c mob
then things started to equalise out a bit...................but always hate them
chelsea bully boys.............they used to attack us but let the west ham take the famous shed because west ham had big numbers.........

I remember some hairy moments on the Loft in the 70's & 80's when we played the ****bags known otherwise as Chelshyte. Without exception they all resembled Neanderthals, but just not as good looking. ;D

Chelshyte fans really get my back up. :anger:

My dad recalls the **** kicking the wall down in the kids area of the old Loft back in the late sixties.

I remember them invading the pitch and family area of the Loft after a league game in the eighties and also trying to do the same after Alan McDonald's testimonial game.

We never used to travel to their place in great numbers til the mid to late eighties. We always had an inferiority complex off the pitch and never had a united front. That has changed now. That's why so many Rangers fans bear such a grudge. It's not because of us being jealous of their success or because we aspire to be a big club like they think we do.

Like someone else on here has said, unless you lived thru that era and come from the West London area you maybe won't understatnd the hostility.

                          it

it was also to do with skinhead evolution we were all going through an exiting journey, but we didnt at the time know that skinheadism would lead to hooliganism,
5000 skins used to congreate at the shed end but millwall tottenham and qpr were 20 per cent of the numbers 80 pe cent were chelsea fans
millwall were the first to pull out
but the problem was chelsea didnt have a really iconic leader,
where as tottenham had the most iconic leader possabley of all time
he looked magnificent in his cherry red boots and jungle greens and the fact that he was black and came from edgeware meant chelsea hoped he would jump ship
but a row broke out which was to change the whole history of football fans
in a testimonial at charlton around 500 chelsea skins travelled hoping for some fun mostly school kids aged about 14 they were to get the shock of there lives
a familiar site poked his head into the stationary tube carriege
                          DONT GET OFF CHELSEA
the tottenham leader looking resplendant in his magificemt sheepskin coat and white levi stapress
                          LETS DOO THEM
came the reply from a much younger youth
                          CHARGE
of the train the chelsea were faced with a firm numbreing 250 but these were all the tottenhams top boys
pick axe handles at the ready the tottenham did murders that day
AND CHELSEA FANS MISSED THE MATCH AS THEY TRAVELLED HOME AGAIN HUMILIATED
a new illness had been formed football hooliganism was born that day
just one racist comment from a shed boy had caused a storm in a teacup that had manifested intself into a war
BECAUSE THIS MESSAGE BOArd keeps cutting off long messages will print up part two in a minute

                            part

                            part two
at school next day my best friend showed me the damage to his face as he had been kicked in the face with a steel toe boot
he could put his tongue through his lip, and should have had stitches but didnt bother he had came from bermondsey and was a tough kid
but now we all spoke about what now happens to the only remaining friend of chelsea which was qpr
as a testimonial for mike keen approached,we all were not sure what would happen
after all chelsea had a friendship with fulham could we be friends.
on the fatefull day 2500 chelsea shed boys filled the loft and im afraid people i went to school with just said
                            SORRY
so the hate was started, the chelsea shed boys sprayed there name on the white city stadium wall
qpr v chelsea were not very nice places to be,and gradually qpr fans hated chelsea more and more
so thats the history folks up untill 1982 they bullied us,thats why us older blokes dont like them they pretended to be our friends then turned on us
BUT THIS FUTURE ENCOUNTER WILL BE A PASSIVE AFFAIR
A LOT OF ALCOHOLE BUT MOSTLY HOT AIR
BUT THE FOOTBALL WILL MAKE US ALL GRIN
AS IM PREDICTING A 4-0 WIN

                              Spot on.

I had the misfortune to go to school in Chelsea (good school just full of Chel**** "supporters"). In the whole school of 1000 boys only 3 Rangers.

                              Can you imagine!!!!!

Oh yes I hate those arrogant barstewards:anger:
