who is it on here who posts on the palace forum? are they demanding an apology for playing a reserve side and losing to even lesser opponents than us? or are they sensible and happy and realise staying up or getting up is all that really matters.

Its like the end of the bleeding world on here isnt it? I dread to think what catastrophic consequences would have ensued if we had lost 6-0 to Peterborough like Reading did...

I dont think many of you are getting the drift of the thread it's not that we got beat! its if they are not going to take it seriously then dont take the **** in charging. our approach to ths competiotion is/has been abysmal over the few years, I agree would rather win at leeds and people need resting but if we're going to put out a sub standard team and not take it seriosly then dont charge or just include the first 2 cup games in the S.T. this would also swell the gate and create more of an atmosphere. I go to all games, but wont be attending any more L.Cup games in the first 2 rounds.

the highlighted bit shows you had a good idea of what to expect last night, based on previous years....so why on earth did you go last night and pay up for tickets, travel, and other costs, and then come on here and moan when QPR lose and you are not satisfied? You pay your money and take your chances with football....take the rough with the smooth.

Reduced priced tickets & 2for1 deals are the best you can expect.

Just because it is the 2nd round in a cup that most don't care about, doesn't mean the club doesn't have bills to pay.
Players wages, ground staff, policing, electricity etc.

The fact that the majority of people complaining on here since last night have all mentioned how bad we have been in this comp in previous seasons confuses me.
If you were expecting a bad performance based on your previous expereinces, then why the heck are you flooding this mb with so much negativity?
More importantly, why did you attend the game or follow it online if you knew it was going to upset you?

Well one of that bag of rubbish outshone Berbatov on Saturday according to Fulham fans, and was their star player last night according to BBC
Another of that bag of rubbish was PSV's player of the match (according to madara at least) against Milan, and scored for them over the weekend.

Maybe instead of getting rid of those "bags of rubbish" we should have got rid of the bag of rubbish that seems more interested in MOTD than on getting us promoted.

I don't bother wasting my time with these games as the club don't bother with them either.

Therefore not particularly bothered, other than the negative vibes it attracts. Lose at Leeds and many will blame it on last night though. Messing around when no need to.

As for Harry on MOTD, not fussed what he gets up to on a Saturday night. What I do know though, is that they won't want him on if we are not doing extremely well. May as well just get any average manager in.

This thread has made me so angry!! Dave we have had an unbeaten start to the season we are joint top. Harry gave fringe players a chance last night. Handed a youngster his debut, gave Ale some match time on his comeback, gave Samba an opportunity as with Yun and Murphy. The team should have been capable of winning yes, but i thought we kept the ball very well and some players impressed me. Yun looked good and is a real option at full back on the weekend.

If you think that the club owes us an apology for last nights result then that tells me that you have not seen the real bad times because believe me this is not a bad time. We are winning important league game ugly and with good football. We are on the up, stop being so ****** judgemental and look at the bigger picture. I do not care about the carling cup, i do not care about swindon town i care about QPR getting promoted. Unbelievable some of the fans we have, great start and the first game we lose demanding an apology get over yourself and get to leeds on saturday.

I've certainly seen good and bad times, over the last 50years I'm not moaning about the team start to the season and i do all home and away games and have done for years and our priority is to get back up, what I hate is the club, why don't they just include ticket in the S.T instead of just getting people to come along and pay to see a sub standard team with 5 or 6 who weren't interested, in putting in a performance,
But for those who paid and think that was acceptable last, night next year I'll open a P.O box and just send your cash to me I'll save you the agony of watching that again

Thoroughly sick and tired of being short-changed by our club on cup nights at Loftus Rd. As far as I'm concerned, QPR are taking our money by false pretences.
I suggest, that if QPR have decided that they will never take the league cup competition seriously ever again, they should have the decency not to register their interest in it.
I didn't, never do, go to Loftus Rd expecting to be ripped-off, and the first instance that happens, will be the last time I waste any more of my hard-earned.

The bottom line is that some of us care about the cups and others don't. I'm sorry to say that those of us who care seem to be in an ever decreasing minority.

Take the OP for what it was: a knee jerk reaction to another early round cup exit, at home, at the hands of an inferior team. Once, OK, but for us it is getting to be as predictable as the sunrise and some of us are not happy about it. Yes, I'm moaning, unapologetically!
