This isn't a knee-jerk reaction, the fact is, we have played four sides that are struggling in the Championship, so our position flatters to deceive.

Just because we have the best squad and are the bookies favourites means absolutely nothing, how many of Swindon's players could have got into our team, yet they still beat us.

We need to realise that we're not the best team in the league, that there are at least 4 teams better than us, and if we want to compete with them, we need to seriously improve.

It's definitely a risk but le fondre made the jump from league 2 to the championship and was readings top scorer in the prem only 2 seasons after leaving rotheram.

Beckfords and bothroyds are more common though.
