I agree he has played well Jimmy but I think if there is a sniff of a prem move he will be off and we need to plan accordingly

Whos our best and most influential player in your south london eyes then. Only asking as you dont seem bothered if we lose the best in my eyes for a pittance.

First Everton will never appraoch him. Second Palace cannot pay his wage. He will stay unless Marseille submit a lucrative bid.

Are south london eyes different to west london ones then?
Also, if you read my posts I have agreed he is playing well but if we had read a month ago that we might get £3m for him a lot of people would have been delighted. Just to be clear I would rather keep him but I doubt that Harry is banking on it. If Scott Parker had come in we would have tried to offload. That has probably now changed.

It wasnt a north south east and west London dig. It was due to the croydon in youre name, but didnt come across like that. Hence i deleted mate.

It's just a joke mate. Lighten up.
If you read the thread you might realise I am not being patronising.
I would like him to stay so I am actually agreeing with Jimmy on that.

                  Okey doke, understood.

I 100% agree I want JB to remain a Rangers player as he has been a revolution in my eyes.
We missed that passion last season. He can make the difference, of that I am sure!

Fingers crossed no premier team comes up with the wedge to lure him away. Let's be honest he is a risky investment as well so that might work in our favour.

No one (apart from OM) will touch Barton with a 100ft bargepole. Fact.

We need him badly as we do henry as Jenas and to a lesser degree Faurlin are not the answer.

Unless Everton/Palace are going for a Barton/Dunne double swoop I dont think there anything to read into. Probably a senior players meeting about how poor we were.

Why would they go for Dunne?

Someone further up the thread posted that he and Dunne were called into Harry's office after the game and wondered if it was for a transfer reason.

Well lets look at it this way, he is on £70k a week which is a lot of money! If Everton offered £3m I would take it. With what we save on wages we could buy 2/3 decent players for that.

On the other hand, if he stays then he is a great addition to the side. Its win win situation whatever the outcome.
