We weren't the best side in the Division after Saturday. I am neither a pessimist nor an optimist, I am a realist, and the reality is that we might be the best team in the league player for player, but as a team, we're not even top four, and that is unacceptable. Serious work therefore needs to be undertaken in getting this squad into a better team, whether that means more players added or not, I don't know, but if we don't take serious action now, I can easily see another season of disappointment.

Having said that, I still think we will not go up but may end up in the play offs at best or somewhere between 7th-10th. It's not easy when you go down when there are some good settled sides like Nottingham Forest, Watford, Leicester and Brighton although on paper our squad looks stronger.
We have the best squad on paper!
Why then should we be settling for 7-10th?
We're paying Harry to get us up this season, if he can't do it, then he needs to walk right now.
