He was brilliant today. We need his type in this division. Hard as nails.

You are right , you get to see players differently from low down behind the goal .......
While on that note Green's distribution didn't look to good from that angle, reminded me of Tony Roberts"Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?
For us that would mean around 29k."

Outstanding game, my motmUnder Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes

He's the kind of player every team needs. People call him a one trick pony, but if he gets the ball and passes it out of danger he's a success. Too many times last season we had centre-mids trying to get up the pitch the whole time, someone sitting and mopping up is just what we needed!

I wasn't at the game but by reading the comments on here it appears he had a good game. Have said in a previous thread that I haven't been impressed by what I have seen of him, which was mostly playing in a struggling Wolves side but would reserve judgement & support him whilst wearing the Hoops. Maybe not a premier league player but maybe a decent championship player? A slightly younger Derry?
Anyway we won today so let's enjoy.

As a Wolves fan, I'm delighted Henry played so well today. He's often been unfairly portrayed: he's not the greatest footballer but he is totally honest, committed and brave. He's not a beast or an animal. He breaks up the midfield and puts in the tough tackles. One of the only players to apologise for the disgraceful football some of our team played last year. I was going to post earlier when he was getting slated but I thought I'd wait for him to put in the sort of display Wolves fans know he is capable of. I'll miss him. Hope you go straight up.

Personally I think he is a decent player and an asset to the team granted not going to beat three players and pick out the top corner but then again that's not what he is in the side to do.
