Baird is pricing himself out of a move to either club.He is looking for PL wages which Bolton can't afford and Harry is reluctant to increase his payroll that much.I would have provided a link but can't seem to do that on my recently acquired iPad.

So far as this window Harry has been like the manager of a sensible championship club with an 18k stadium - which is obviously a big change from what happened last year.
Looks like new signings will need to take this summers wage levels rather than last years and any gaps plugged with loans.
Obviously there could still be a massive £30m spending spree on deadline day blowing that all out of the water - I am sure the owners could afford it . but that dont look like the direction the club has been going this summer. So Baird and other deals might go to deadline day, and beyond for loans and free agents with everyone waiting for the best deals.

Obviously without a good backbone of experienced players the risk is that these young hungry players might crumble.
