Problem with this is this development is about 6-7 years away? thought we were looking to get a new ground within the next 2-3 years, also 40.000 too big for a club like us about 32.000 would be enough, with the forsight too maybe increase the capacity at a later date, we were struggling to sell out all games last year in the Prem imagine what 15 to 16 thousand looks like in a 40.000 all seater? be like playing in a morgue.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Development will take at least a decade. If we are established back in the Prem by then, our fan base will be there or thereabouts. Just look at what money into the club + success on the pitch has done for Chelsea and Fulham.

The whole project is clearly huge but the ownership of the ground could still be with the mittals and Tony and his friends. The shrewd investment would be to buy the stadium because also it would be very easy to sell. The stadium it's self is very affordable for our owners.I played sunday league football today.
