I was going to mention Watford! Presumably loans from abroad would have to be in before the end of the transfer window then?

I think after last season everyone realised how ****ing ridiculous it was that it worked that way so now they count as loans (so you can't build a whole squad out of Udinese players and call it a Watford team, unless you sign them properly).
