A draw from our next two away games would be great IMO

Then winning the next two at home would be outstanding!!

We should be aiming for three points whoever we play in this division, Bolton and Leeds away no different. Not that impressed by any of the named players in original post. Either players who have done nothing in last couple of years or ones who showed promise but never really built on it.

Not saying it won't be tough but we have a very good squad at this level. Solid defence, Barton and Henry should be able to dictate possession in middle, Hoillett (if fit) and SWP out wide and Austin up front. In theory once we gel we should be dishing out some spankings. Let other sides worry about us, not the other way around.

Agree with you, we should be more ambitious If we really want to go up.

Would be great to go unbeaten for a good few games and scare the others into thinking we really are the club that is the best in this league. Draw at Bolton and Leeds would be heaven territory for me.

have QPR ever won had a win at the Reebok? I don't recall many points at Burnden Park either.

I'd be surprised if QPR win that game or the one at Leeds.

12 points on the board by the time we go into the Brighton game would be perfect. Average of 2 points a game for the rest of the season and we're laughing.

Brighton, Yeovil and Borough are 3 very winnable games.

Another scrappy 1-0 would do me, if we can dog out 6 or so results like we did saturday we will be right there at the business end of the season.

Still plenty to do with the squad if the aim is to win the title and get promoted but improvement is there so far.

Centre Midfield options with Barton/Jenas/O'Neil/Faurlin/Henry is far better than Mbia/Granero/Park/Diakite. They might win or lose a few battles but they aint gonna get spanked every week like last years did. Also having forwards like Zamora/Johnson/Austin available when last year it was mostly Cisse and Adel playing up front is progress and Dunne/Simpson are good additions to defence.

The unfortunate part is that the starting point was low - even good improvement from a car crash wont look great - so hoping for some good additions and loans to strengthen further.

For Bolton I fancy em to get something there if everyone is fit.

They should not have sold Kevin Davies. But they did, hehe.

We've got a terrible record there so naturally I'm not confident but anything good happen. I'll go for a 2-1 away win. Austin & Barton.

1969 or 70 we put 4 in the onion net, unfortunately Bolton put in 6 fancy a 1-1 draw

We are going to give someone a good hiding soon i reckon. Not saying it will be Bolton, but if we play with the same mindset that 'Arry likes; attacking, i think we'll give them more to think about in their own penalty area than ours ......

                                1-3

                                Austin gets a brace.

Clint scores a header from a corner.

                                Green gets nutmegged.
