I think Bolton away is going to be a tough one. Just looking at their squad they've got players like Spearing, Knight, Wheater, Beckford, Kamara and N'Gog.
Out of any set of fans, we know that big names don't guarantee success. But that said, I still expect Bolton to finish in the top 6. They've made a pretty disappointing start so they'll really go for it against us on their own patch. Surely a draw against them would be a pretty decent result for us..

Huddersfield, Bolton & Leeds the first 3 away games is tough, especially the last 2

I'd much prefer them games early on & rather then them away games are out of the way for the rest of the season, if we needed 3 points going there I'm December. That's harder

Id also say though I think QPR are good enough to best any team home or away this season, not saying they will but QPR are a big name this year
      Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
      And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

I can't say those 'big names' fill me with terror. They've just been spanked 3-0 and Pratley is banned. I'm quietly confident.

was speaking to a forest mate earlier, he said bolton were absolute pony when they played em.

cant see that lasting for long though

I'll take a draw. Although they have had a poor/slow start they are one of the favourites for me

Bolton away historically has always been a really hard place for any QPR team. Certainly were when I went to Burnden Park and the Reebok.
However, this time I think it might be different. I do fancy us up there, just have a feeling of a good result.
Clint Hill, if there is any justice, should be on the score sheet of many QPR players on Saturday.

This brings me to Yorkshire, look back at our record against any Yorkshire club and the county is a happy hunting ground.
Huddersfield are hard for Rangers and we have ticked that off the fixture list already. Bradford is hard but they are not in our league this year.
Paddy Kenny will be desperate to stop everything we throw at him but again I feel we will nick it.

So I am predicting 6 points, want 6 but will be happy with 4 if I let my head rule more than my heart.

Very tough match on Saturday, I'm confident we have a good side for the long season ahead but I'm still not totally convinced by us. Hopefully we'll grow in confidence and start becoming more dominant in the matches we're expected to win which will see us score more goals.

I wouldn't look at a draw as a complete disaster but if we want automatic promotion I think we need to be picking up 3 points against our potential rivals and ensure we stay right up there.

It's odd how I was so confident that season we got promoted under warnock, even in the 'big games' against the likes of Cardiff I was totally convinced and confident that we would do enough to get past them and win promotion, as I said I am confident this season but not in the same way I was of that warnock team, he installed such belief in the players us fans really felt it to.
Cant believe it, ive been PWOPER MUGGED ORF...

I think we are capable of beating Bolton considering they are in a bad form at the moment and our confidence must be high after beating Ipswich. Beckford was good in his Leeds and Leicester days but not anymore. He came from the bench in their last game. Having said that, yes every away game is tough, but If we really want to go up we should win as much away games as possible and keep Loftus road fortress for visitors.

They've only had 1 goal scorer this season (Pratley) and he is out on Saturday. Going by their recent results I think they're there for the taking tbh. However, a draw certainly wouldn't be the end of the world - Bolton are probbaly the best side we've played so far (not saying much, I know!).
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Bolton away isn't easy for any team. They haven't had the best of starts but will be a far harder test than any of our first 3 games.

I'd happily take a point. Up until Christmas it's all about winning your home games and picking up points away.

Pivotal game. A win/draw would see us going to Leeds with our tails up, a defeat followed by cup game and the Leeds could do us in confidence wise. We're good enough to get at least a point and I will be very disappointed if we don't.

with rangers it could be any score , but a point away would be ok . an unbeaten run does no one any harm
