Thought he was quality, decisive & consistent throughout. Didn't get a thing wrong.

That was after the whistle had gone and play had stopped

Also when Ipswich were trying to waste time four of there players kicked the ball away when we were trying to take an offside and he done nothing

He did do us a favour however calling back the short freekick we took which no doubt would have gone nowhere which allowed Joey to take it long and set up SWP for Hitchcock

We broke at one point SWP & Austin I think & he blew up for a foul TO US in the middle of the park!!

And when he blew up for a foul in the centre circle when we had the ball in a 2 on 2 situation . Joe Jordon went ballistic and the ref apologised. Very whistle happy. No yellow cards though

I too was moaning when this happened as he didn't even book their bloke for clattering joey. However from the free kick we scored had he let it go we may not have ��

Genius. Have you noticed how the standard of football is lower in the Championship too? Premier referees are Premier referees because theyre the best we have and theyve plied their trade in rhe lower divisions to get there. If theyre not good enough, they stay in the lower leagues. QED.
As an ex Referee, I would routinely tell the whinging players that they get the referees they deserve, as are QPR now.

You miss the point but as a former referee I must say I am not surprised its seems a trait you must have to be in that profession i.e. to miss things

I will make it clear whilst in the prem there were numerous threads about how poor the officiating was and how the refs were better when we were in the championship. I was just making the point that were back in the championship and in my view the refs are abysmal as bad as I have known the first three games and I would add the three we have had so far (Cup excluded) have all been clearly overweight
