If Parkers actually recovered from his achilles injury then he'll be a brilliant player for us.
But at his age and considering he missed 80% of last season, it will be a massive gamble IMO. Can't exactly see him doing the saturday/tuesday/saturday/tuesday routine HR is always mentioning.

I think as a club we need to start setting our expectations a little lower as well. it's no coincidence that we keep going through this process of trying to sign a player only to be beaten by a Premiership side at the final hurdle, it's because we are trying to sign players who are too good for this league!

after o niel showed us what he can do and with barton, henry, furlin and jenus, do we need to be wasteing good wages on a scott parker for this league? would be more than happy to invest in a winger. now hoilett is out who have we got to replace him???????????
