Green has to play and be the No1 over Cesar, he dosn't want to be here this is showen by the fact he spending all his spare / pre season time chasing moves to other clubs.

We need a team spirit and we can't get this while we play people who are only going to play for themselves. If he stays and gets picked, he is only doing it because he wants to play in the world cup.

QPR need to tell him, if you want first team football so you can play in next years world cup then find another club, becuase while your here unless Green is injuired you will not be picked.

IMO this goes further than just who is the best goalie, this is setting the basic principles out team will and should be built on, 100% commitment for the club and not the individual.

That way we might be able to get rid of him and get a proper reserve goalie in who cares and good enough to chellange Rob Green for the No 1 spot (as i dont think Murphy is up to it)
