      The article also suggest that Scotty Parker is destined for either us or West Ham. According to Nodge on dotorg (I miss him on here!) he says it's almost done but the fly in the ointment is actually Watford as Zola loves him!

            I'm sure any agreement would have been subject to him getting a work permit and the club decided not to pursue it.
