Hill does back far too much, hence It leaves the rest of the "defence" in Limbo. That´s a problem,IMO.

Two points dropped for me as I think Huddersfield will struggle as they didn't look or offer much at all.
Too much tappi tappi style football, lots of possession without much punch and urgency, if we had injected a bit of pace etc.. I think we could have won that comfortable.
Agreed Barton was at fault, but he was IMO our best player, if he and Hoilett leave we are really going to struggle as the rest play at tea time butter cup paces.
Hill bless his little cotton socks. admire and love the guy, but we now need to find someone to replace him if Dunne is not fit enough to play the whole season we need another as Defense still looks like twiglet house in a hurricane.
Saying all that, we are doing better than I thought we would as the work rate and attitude has been first class, get a 3 more in 1 df, 1MF and 1St and we could have a good season. Only 2 out of the 3 and the best we can hope for IMO is play offsOne for all.... and all for one

I have no problem Hill forming part of the squad and coming in as and when he is required but do not feel him playing week in week out is in our best interests
Out and out defending is not a problem but with Simpson, Nedum, Suk and Traore we have four defenders who are all decent with the ball at their feet and who can carry it. When it goes to Hill he don't have that ability and more often then not he launches it and gives up procession.
But defo still work a squad place
