    LAST TIME WAS
    A SATURDAY
    3PM KO
    WEEKEND GAME
WE HADN'T PLAYED EM FOR REAL IN AGES

this time midweek, long distance and overseas fans may not travel

i think qpr are optimistic to sell out....it will be embarrassing with empty seats at our rivals...then again corporate will take so many...

    I AM SWEET
    I HAVE 100+ PTS

Met Police have put the pincers on overtime. To provide a full allocation of tickets would mean the police making the game a "Category C" - their highest risk. They cannot afford the overtime or shift changes that would entail. Happening far more frequently this season.

Southend OB /Club have done the same thing.Neither can afford the OB wages/cost so have moved all the big games to Fri nights so less fans travel etc.Club say its for better atmosphere crowds etc, nothing to do with they are skint and walking a financhal tight rope in the slightest.yeah right.

Nothing to do with it whatsoever. 960 police on duty in and around Upton Park for that fixture. The most at a London football game in 27 years.

960?? was this after the game? i heard there was only 550 on duty before and during the game and this was deemed as not enough.when we played wall in the league there were a thousand on duty.
