I would also question the providers that done his medical as nowadays they should not only be checking someones physical wellbeing but also mental. There is only so much a club can do in such a case to support a player. I would like to think the club have sat down with him (as they would do in any other work environment) to ascertain exactly what the problem is and the cause and then a plan of action (support him or put in a position to get him out) can be devised

Maybe he saw the photos of the kit in the mid 80's and decided he wanted to be the black Johnny Byrne!

Absolutely. Mike Rigg and his fabled "database" would also have a lot to answer for too...... if it already hasn't........

Well he went back to Fulham for Zamora, then Johnson; Man City for Onuoha and Blackburn for Hoilett.

How long is left on his contract???
knew a postman a few years back and he was diganosed with schizophrenia but the royal mail could never dismiss them.

We're not a big team with players we want to sell. Won't interest Hughes & his big name but no bottle signings
                      Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                      And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Well one thing is certain, Hughes bought quality for QPR.

                        Poor quality!!!!!
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Got to play long game with cases like that but tick the boxes and there gone. With schizophrenia individuals often stop taking meds that control condition and therefore if they do that there contributing to condition/ailment which is an own goal when it comes to continued employment. Horrible condition to suffer from but can get shot if you want.
