Ok. I just jest.
But if, for example, Diakite has a recognised disability such as has been mooted at various times - Then he is covered by government legislation (DDA & DDO). Which, for example, means that his disability may not be publicly disclosed - unless he chooses to do so.
He is also entitled to all sorts of other things such as a relative standard of remuneration......

Harry probably wants him to go, Diakite said himself in an interview that he doesn't mind staying but will go if he has to. So he's probably looking for a new club, I reckon Stoke will go for him towards the end of the window."When you went to the corner and saw our fans celebrating the way they were you just wanted to be part of it" - Shaun Derry after we beat the scum 1-0
