  • Peter Odemwingie's transfer from West Brom to Queens Park Rangers could be back on

Start your engines! Hoops are looking at striker who infamously saw a move collapse in January PLUS Long contract latest

QPR are also considering re-igniting their notorious interest in West Brom striker Peter Odemwingie.

Rangers boss Harry Redknapp fancies adding Colombian hot-shot Duvan Zapata, who plays for Argentine side Estudiantes, to his Championship promotion chasers.

He'd be decent in this league, sign him up!

I do however think we should pay his fuel bill this time!
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

£3.5m for a 32-year-old? Good player but not for that money.

Would defo score goals but not at that price please. All our business so far has been impeccable with regard to fees & length of contract this would be daft. Guess no Defoe then??

As if Defoe was on the radar.

If he's as good as he was before all that transfer rubbish then he would be worth 3.5m His goals along with austin and johnsons(?), would have us at the top of the league.

I hope he wanted to come to QPR to play football, not for the money.

This is going to be a last day signing again.

What for one season? Because if we were promoted he probably wouldn't feature - a 33-year-old striker in the Prem. I know West Brom dug their heels in about the price before but their bluff has been called now. They clearly have no plans for him. Nobody else seem to want him (for whatever reason). I'd have him if he was cheap but we don't want to be spending a lot on a third 30plus striker.

I heard he was still waiting outside Loftus Road.

Agree but then again mate if we go up £3.5 is a small price to pay.
