I haven't read NW's book yet, but I do find it quite funny how if somebody else (for argument's sake, Adel) is involved in a bust up then they're the worst person in the world, bad for team morale, we need to get rid etc. Yet when Derry is (apparently more than most) it's fine & he is simply showing passion

Don't get me wrong, I like Derry a lot, but the double standards by some in their views is quite funnny.

You should read the book. Derry's bust up was about other players not giving it all. Adel and Shaun are as far apart as footballers can be

Rucks happen everyday in every way of life its simple but you would never see someone like Derry throw his toys out of the pram over something trivial like Adel would.

Both Hughes and Redknapp when they have taken over have commented how the likes of Derry, Hill Mackie are or were the back bone of the club, guys that give 100%. If you are driven like that and are passionate then you expect the same off your collegues and get the b o llock ache when you don't see it.

I am actualy a bit gutted Adel has gone as I think if he grew up a bit he would destroy the CCC again but life goes on
