Now that would be funny if he came back. His agent must be in heaven at the moment.

Taking their contribution as a whole who played better than Samba last year?
The new guys did like Remy and Townsend, old guard did like Hill, Nelsen, Derry, some younger players maybe, might have missed one or two but can't really think of anyone else.

He's a much, much better player than he showed for us. He was clearly unfit - and I think that the pressure and expectation really did get to him.

So. As has been said. What harm can a cheeky £3-4 million bid do?.......

It might have to be a loan as he has been transfered twiced this year, I think we should go for it, put him through a full pre- season and bring him into the team slowly!
                    Kept the faith!

                      No way. Don't touch
                      Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                      And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Cheeky bid or try to loan - why not.

don't want the big fella back, overrated and cost too much in wages.

let just consider ourselves how lucky we were to be able to sell him back to Anzhi Makhachkala for what we paid for him for in the first place

If he couldn't get "fit" in his 4/5 months with us last season, I don't want to wait another bunch of months to see him in his prime. Let him stay there.
