800 hardy souls made the trip, just felt we done enough to win. As said on another thread something amiss with Zamora, Charlie needs a few games to get match fit, early days but that looks like a top half side rather than an automatic promoted side

I don't think we played our strongest team and HR said we have 4 more coming in to add the quality we need.

Still 2 wins is good for moral so onwards and upwards

i think it was more a case of us taking our foot off the gas a bit. we looked very comfortable.

League Cup on a Tuesday night? Excellent turn out, I'd say!

            cruised through the game
2 wins from 2 is a good start, good for confidence and may help attract players now we've made a decent start
Hoilett's looking good, Zamora poor, Simpson's ok, Faurlin getting it together, Dunne had it quite easy
            overall no complaints
not sure what's happening with Granero, Mbia and Diakite

Getting the first goal after 90 seconds settled some nerves but then we never really seemed to get going. Too much playing the ball axross the back 4 and a few times we nearly got caught out. I thought we lacked penetration and seemed almost reluctant to shoot for most of the first half. Second half was a bit better, seemed that we were backing out of 50/50 challenges, probably wise this early in the season and at 2-0 up. Even SWP hit the post and bar!
A win against a team that barely survived relegation last season and a team from a lower league, wins yes but I'm not getting too confident yet!!
2011-2013, 2 seasons in the Premiership, 76 games, 14 wins........two years of my life I'll never get back!!

2013/2014 mediocrity topped off with a win at Wembley....

2014/2015 was pretty much the same as 2011-2013.....

                2015/2016, average at best.....

                2016/2017, same old, same old....

                2017/2018, aim low, avoid disappointment!

Its the hope that kills you!

I'm knackered, that was a hard drive home but thought our following was amazing, that's a long old trip for a use day night. Hope the last 2 games attracts more to go to Huddersfield as at present it looks a poor turnout

We will improve game after game after signing the new targets. 2 wins from 2. I can't complain.

I thought we had another gear to go into if we needed to as for large portions of the game we dominated possession and got in some decent positions

800 made the trip not bad? Fulham might have just managed to get 8 there! with their fantastic away following.

the man obviously not 100% fit, it really is like playing with 10 men, not sure what the purpose was playing him, ideal scenario to play one of the youngsters
