I was at the Barnsley game too. weren't we down to 10 men? I was sat in the Ellellesly Road stand and remember the stunned crowd and the 'we're not worthy' gestures.

The thing that really annoys me is the fact that whenever there is a best FA Cup goal programme on it's always that Giggs goal that wins. That Sinclair scissor kick was simply the best goal ever scored. Fact!

I was sitting behind the goal in upper loft that day so was right behind it and I will never forget than feeling when the ball hit the back of the net, people were stunned and couldn't believe what they had just seen

Correct. I was in X block that day, so had a perfect view as the ball looped over from Rufus Brevett (I think) and Tricky hit that unbelievable overhead shot. Even the Barnsley fans were applauding. The roar was so loud my friends in East Acton heard it from their garden!

Sorry mate, I do apologise, I didn't read the thread properly, when I saw Sinclair stunning volley I automatically thought we were talking FA Cup v Barrnsley when he did score a stunning scissor kick and if I remember rightly it got goal of the month and possibly season

Didnt he miss out that year by the hit and hope half way punt from Beckham? I might be wrong though.
Sinclair was one of the best ive seen in the hoops, great skill and always gave 100% (Taraabt take note)
