  • Keith Curle backs "phenomenal" Adel Taarabt to shine at Fulham

"Sometimes his dedication and professionalism is called into question but he sees the game Adel's way and he has a phenomenal talent," added Curle.

"The way Adel plays the game - and I don't mean to sound disparaging - but he has a total lack of discipline. In the final third, whatever he sees, he tries to do and that is what made him successful for us because we gave him the freedom to do it in the opposition half.

"Knowing Adel, I think he wants to be loved. He needs that and to be the focal point of the team. Martin Jol will know him because he brought him to England with Tottenham.

"He knows he has got a player who can open doors at the top level."

No doubt about it in my mind, he will be superb at Foolham. Our loss.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Last summer we could have had Berb and Taarabt in the same team. Now Fulham have the chance to see if it can work.

Should have stuck with the club and his team mates and been phenomenal in the Championship.

Glad he's gone. No doubt about his ability but with his attitude it's more of a liability. I'd put decent money on him being back here by Christmas.

Jol will give Taarabt the boost that Harry was incapable of doing

When you got a special talent like him you got to give extra attention as players like him can win a team games as proven with us

That does not mean he can do what he likes as needs to be disciplined if falls out of line but we all saw what he is capable of when in the right frame of mind and reckon he will pull it off with Fulham under Jol

Under NW towards the end it went sour and did not work out under Hughes or Harry but with the right manager we will see him rise again

I agree, but he clearly did not want to play in the Championship again, which is a real shame because with him in the team and Austin up front, QPR would have a great chance of winning this league again.

I hope he is a huge success at Fulham because if he does, his value will go up (I don't see him returning to QPR, so he may as well be sold for a £10M+ fee).

Nah I don't see it as our loss he was never going to do it for us again we are now moving to be a team with discipline to work for each other he's proven not to have that mind set , I do see him as being very good for them initially this season but I,m not convinced it will last once he goes to far and has criticism thrown at him will the tantrums start ?

I hope he smashes it there and lives up to the expectation because I'm honestly sick to death of some of these comments.

He'll be a success at fulham.

Jol will play to his strength, something Harry never did.

I still think we need a creative centre mid to replace him, Faurlin and Henry didn't creat any clear cut chances, it was down the flanks with Holliet where we looked to cause the most damage. Henry and Faurlin is far to defensive for home games.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

They all possess different managerial skills

Reckon Jol will handle him better then Hughes and Harry
