Now that we are down to 3 strikers i guess another striker is in order.

    still need 4 signings minimum.

Way too good for this league, loan means we don't have to worry about his wages, get 2 mill loan fee which will go towards Phillips proberly we could of lost Remy for a bargain fee this season but if we go up that clause will be wiped out (I assume) & we can get him back if we go up

      Win win for me.
      Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
      And many more mistakes

Hope the lad does well up in 'when the boat comes in land', ready and raring to come back to us next season

I knew it was going to happen, but that doesn't make it any less painful!

Hope not those clauses are always daft. I remember Man City had a striker Caicedo who went on loan to a Spanish club for a season with an option to buy for something like 1 mil. He did well, they took the option at the end of the season and sold him to Russia for six times that a week later.

So much for that nonsense about us not loaning players out.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Get your drift but the reality is he wants to play at the highest level in readiness for the World Cup. We get £2M for the season, if we go back up we have a ready made striker fit for the top league and, if we don't, we sell to to Newcastle for decent money. Win win really

All to get more money. As a fan it's painful but as businessmen doing the best business for QPR it makes sense

I do see your point, but what's to say Remy's doing it for the good of the club(as in his wages)
Also he's a top striker who's not quite in the French team, he needs this move. I don't blame him

And Fernandes said we're loaning players because we want them back. I believe Fernandes over rumours

This. Fine with him leaving. Thanks for those five goals for all the good they did us. I enjoyed the Wigan goal and the four delusional minutes I then spent thinking we would stay up. Fella was a mercenary, not an R.

Fair enough. Good luck to him.

In the current circumstances I'm pleased we've recouped any money at all.

I certainly wasn't expecting him to be a QPR player this season, even if we'd stayed up.

Are some really going to get bitter about him going, and even about him coming in the first place? Way over the top for me.
