Odd that one who can think Spurs would want Hoilet , WBA and Stoke are said to have shown interest if they came in for him I'd be happy for H to reinvest what he could get for him in Townsend

Thought he was excellent, if it wasn't for Kirkland could of had a couple. What really impressed me was his attitude, he ran at players for fun, scared the **** out of them everytime he got the ball, they tried to kick lumps out of him and when he got clattered (on more than one occasion) just got up & got on with it, only had physio on for the time the fuul back got booked for trying to kick him into Ellisrie stand. Did anyone else see thier player lash out to scythe him down in the 2nd half but miss! why didnt the ref, who clearly saw it retrospectivly book him?

Did very well v Shef wed but needs to work on his shooting. I still think his mind is somewhere else. Perhaps his is waiting for WBA. His main problem is focus.

              Great performance
True enough, but to put things into perspective, he is now up against Championship players and I expect him to perform like that on a frequent basis.

If he does, and as long as they stay fit, Hoilett, Johnson and Austin should get 40-45 goals between them this season.

I honestly thought from the title this was going to be a thread on Junior Facto ............ Who after meeting him the BQ before the game I can confirm is a very pleasant, good mannered young chap !

Indeed take a bow, Junior Facto !

As for the other Junior great game only just pipped to MOTM by Monsieur Barton .

For us that would mean around 29k."

Could easily have had a hat trick on Saturday. I still think he's lacking confidence and that will come when he gets a goal. He will destroy teams in this league and will chip in with 10+ league goals.

Hoilett's performance vs Sheff Wednesday (video)

He's going to be a big player for us this season.

Had a great game. The only thing that let him down was his shooting (had several very wayward shots not shown in this video). Otherwise excellent.
