I think he could definitely have a part to play in our championship squad. Nowhere near as bad a player as some make out here.

Blagged his way into professional football and now staying with us even though he is utter crapp
Only thing he's very poor at is shootingUnder Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

I'd be more than happy for Mbia to stay.
He can fill a number of positions like CM, CB and RB.
Yes, he dives and play acts and he misplaces passes, but he does win tackles, headers makes forward runs with the ball and sometimes delivers passes that lead to goalscoring chances and even goals (when the receover is capable of scoring i.e. Cisse (WBA) or Remy (Wigan).
For the record, I would also be happy if Granero stayed and played in an attacking midfield role (replacement for Taarabt?).

Good summary Stanley he is either very good or dreadful there is no in-between. Like Adel if he could find a happy medium between the two he would be a far better consistent player
