Too many Kids coming through these days think they dont have to earn their stripes and should just be dropped in the big time. Not saying this lad is, as i dont really know anything about him, but what happened to the days where all youngers would go out on loan and prove their worth (Beckham, rings a bell here)

Thats modern football for you Youngsters believe they have made it by getting a juicy contract at a prem club and playing for the reserves. No wonder England players no longer have that Bulldog spirit that we were always acclaimed for in the past. No enthusiasm to achieve anything once the big money starts to come in.

My best mate is a Millwall fan so went to a few games and saw him last season. He has got good feet and a good cross but no where near good enough defensively. Glad we didn't get him!
