  • Forest step up bid for Austin

Not good news if you want Austin, but then it is the Sun.

We've always had a striker crisis at this club for as long as I can remember.

The only true striker we bought was Remy and even that has gone wrong with his impending court case.

If our board were predators trying to survive in the wild they would starve to death despite having some of the best armory in the world .

Just a paper filler that story!! All it says is they made early enquiries, which we all know.

The problem could be his medical condition. I'm not sure the board (the business side of QPR) would be interested in signing somebody else who has a medical condition and where they may not be able to get insurance etc.

I don't he say anything this time until he turns up for training with contract in his hand signed.

Peter Odemwinigie even drove himself to the ground and we still failed to sign him.

Austin scored twice today for Burnley against Spartak Moscow.

It's true but did he drive again this window... or do we have to wait for deadline day?

I'm not convinced we are even after him. If we are we must be seriously draggin our feet again. Which is a distinct possibility i admit.
