  • So Negative

I cant believe how many negative tweets, threads etc there are going on in this pre-season. I sometimes wonder why some people support our club as many just seem to hate everything about it! I know that being a QPR fan is an emotional rollercoaster but we are still in a much better position now than we have been at times in the past. I also think that we actually have a really good base for a Championship title challenge.

I cant see many better back 4's in the championship than ours. I think Hoilett and SWP will be a hand full to championship full backs. Central midfield we have 4 good players (Faurlin, Granero, Derry, Henry) I think AJ will score plenty of goals in the champ but is likely to get injured so we still NEED an out and out goal scorer. We also still have Tarbs, IF he stays then he could either be immense again or just a nightmare and HR will sack him off.

I think all we are short is a goalscorer and Andros Townsend.

Wake up and get real. I bet you thought we would survive last year when Harry came in. I bet you thought we would survive when Remy and Samba signed. This team is no where near to challenging at the moment. It is till not balanced and does not have a backbone.

Totally disagree. Why so quick just to slate everything and everyone? If HR handed in his resignation tomorrow you would probably be happy until the next manager came in then would probably just slate him as well. If we beat Sheff wed well on saturday everyone including you will change their tunes. If you dont hink we will win then dont bother going.

Last season everybody was excited on the first day of the season, assured that we would finish mid table. Never happened. I think people are scared of feeling too optimistic after last season's let-down.

I don't blame people for being downbeat... We've looked utter pelt in the build up to the start of the season... Hardly scoring any goals so teh strikers are hardly going into the new season full of confidence and we are struggling to attract the calibre of player required to mount a realistic challenge.... Johnson and Zamora are proven.... Injury prone that is... Faurlin is coming back from a very serious injury and looked shocking when he did come back and so far apart from maybe Simpson our signings have looked very ordinary and maybe even journeymen.... Dunne is still trying to regain fitness and Henry is more like a nightclub bouncer than the sort of payer you'd want in your squad....

I really wanted Harry when Hughes was doing his worst but I think that Harry has been a disaster and will be astonished if he gets us up and is still here in the NY....

Worried and miserable at our prospects... You betcha and just hope these words are rammed firmly down our throats...

Give the skeptics some credit for knowing the signs and not just moaning for the sake of it...

Before anyone says that TF is trying with payers like Hooper.. Gt real he was NEVER going to choose us over any PL team and I don't blame the boy either...:(

The natives are restless its odd because we remained so patient last season in the face of a total sham but appear to have turned pre season

I agree with you on the fact that the team doesn't look balanced and has no backbone. I don't want to sound negative, but the performances have been lacklustre. One positive is that Zamora looks better upfront alongside Johnson, who I hope stays fit because he looks like the fox in the box type of striker that we've been craving for
