    Question ....Who are QPR?
Answer ......We are,..... the fans. Without us there would be no QPR. I'm a backer of Harry but all he has done is upset thousands of people with his inaccurate claims.
It doesn't matter whether the yellow lot were always going to come in for him or not, the point is us, and our manager told us by telling the media it was done and dusted.
I don't think for one minute he alerted anyone but why p*ss us off? He needs to keep quiet like other managers do, I can't believe a man of his experience did this, does he want the fans to turn on him?

Whatever Harry said, I don't see it affecting the deal as it ihas been publically know Hooper is available long time ago. However, I have to agree with many opiniions saying Harry has been unprofessional. I think he will be gone in October and perhaps replaced by either McLaren or Bircham.

If nothing else it's very embarrassing for us what he supposedly said about the deal. Norwich fans rippin the pi*s outa QPR on twitter over this. I f*ckin hate them clowns.

As soon as Celtic made it public that a bid was accepted Norwich knew where they stood. They didn't want to get involved in a bidding war so waited for us to agree a fee and then they knew what they had to pay. The agents do the dealing with what the player wants etc. All Norwich has done is stepped in at the last minute and gazumped us. Hardly Redknapp's fault. As I said what a bunch of melts we have as supporters. Clearly the schools are out!

Did everybody get more excited when Harry said that the transfer fee had been agreed? Think not. In fact everybody was immediately concerned about it. The excitement was actually with the announcement by Sky News, even though nothing definite was said other than that Celtic had accepted our transfer fee. We do not even know what that fee was. They mentioned 5.5 million, but from what we were told earlier this was the basic and there was going to be add ons and even a sell on fee. From what we read in the end he would have cost us as much as Remy.

We know that Austin failed his medical, but from what we have seen he is still doing a job at Burnley. I still believe the if we sign him and keep Remy (and despite all the rumours I do not think he is really going anywhere) we could do a job in the Championship. We also have a back up of AJ and Zamora. I do not think that sounds too bad.

However I think we need to forget about Hooper and move on quickly and sign somebody like Austin.

None of this makes sense to anybody and I think all fans (even those at Norwich) are probably fed up with the whole saga. Norwich knew over two weeks ago that we had put in an increased bid, so why wait until yesterday before matching it?

Not wishing to add further fuel to the fire but only last night Hughton said no deals were imminent..........so just what does the ordinary fan do?

That's irrelevant and you still miss the point which, once again, is if it doesn't help matters to say anything, or even risk doing more harm than good (even if it only means upsetting the fan base), then just say nothing or "no comment".

                  But hey ho, whatever.

Everything is done behind the scenes, the likelihood is that Norwich agreed a fee with Celtic the same time as we did. They interviewed HR as he's more media friendly then Chris Hughton, and delayed the Norwich news by 12 hours to whip up a frenzy. It worked!
Of course Arrys comment didnt lose us the deal (if he goes to Norwich) but what Arry has done is made the club look like a bunch of amateurs, which is I'm afraid exactly what it is. He doesnt need to keep mouthing off to the press but he cant help it. We should be doing our business quietly and privately. The mans a fool.

Sheesh! The bottom line is that no deal is done until it is officially announced by the club. If you can't control yourself until then you have a problem.

Absolutely pointless turning on the manager because we may have had a deal gazumped by another club.

Thing is Dazzer you been on here all week telling us its done, so when the news hit sky yesterday about the fee and then the manager goes and talks about it on tv then who elses fault is it that most if not all of us (QPR)
are now feeling like c**p? He's been in the game long enough to know the effects his words can have, I mean clubs have been known to hint at players signing or not leaving to boost ticket sales so they
know the importance of these announcements.
