cant find a simple way of checking my loyalty points, it says i have to be a member, im just a season ticket holder and cant manage to find it heelp anyone??:nothing:

now i renewed so 70, i went got tkts for brizzle,exeter and pmuff thru club went accy stan too...so must be on 100??
but many have had issues where pts not accounted for... -

I registered on-line,what a waste of time system reckons ive got NIL points when ive been every game except for Brizzle away! :cry:so phoned ticketmaster, bit of a work up but the nice young lady on the end of the phone told me I had 89 points broke it down to me ie exeter cup game 8 points etc season ticket 50? what? 50 points for my season ticket thought they were worth 70?(ive moved my ticket) I phoned the club up expecting an argument :scorn:etc,i couldnt of been more wrong the Gent i spoke to was polite helpful even apologetic! :eyes_droped:So ive now got 109!!as he put the points for my ST up to 70, Sooooooooo the moral of this story is make sure the club have given you the right number of points get 'em to give you a breakdown bet im not the only chap whose renewed a season ticket in a different location and been short changed on the point front.
