QPR haven't been able to agree terms with the striker, but Celtic boss Neil Lennon admits it is out of his hands
I assume this is the article in question which is obviously inaccurate. Written two days ago it says that QPRs bid had been accepted, which obviously it hadn't at the time. Also Norwich knew approximately how much QPR has bid, but do not appear to have come in with a higher bid than the 4 million. Lennon has said several times that the QPR bid was the only one being considered.
