Since when did a professional football club employ an ex-agent as chief scout?!?!

There's not even a single scout listed on the staff directory.

And then we wonder why all the problems?

Briatore and Bhatia bang on about building the club up with solid foundations and learning from past mistakes, yet how fundamental a mistake is this? The words 'epic' and 'grand proportions' spring to mind.
