QPR won't rule out Remy stay

Queens Park Rangers chief executive Phil Beard claims there is no guarantee that Loic Remy will leave, but admits to being open to offers.

What like in a 4-4-2? That would be like a revolution at QPR.

There's no mention of get out clause. Did we all misunderstand this?

the cps decide if the case is prosecuted in court. they can find that whatever the evidence is, its so unlikely to lead to conviction that is a waste of public money to proceed.
no dna, no video, no prosecution witnesses, if that is the case there is no way he will be convicted.

This is the likely outcome imo...Remy then off like a shot and you cant blame him. Much too good for Championship.

That's the reason why Hooper was Harry's main target.

I don't think it is a simple as that. He obviously knew the women and it is, I think, a matter of whether she was raaped or whether she consented. In the end this will possibly be one persons word against anothers and it will depend which one can be believed.

Queens Park Rangers striker Loic Remy, 26, is being held by Scotland Yard's sex crime squad with two other men. A 34-year-old woman alleges three men raped her in west London.

what in that article implies anything other than her word against him and two others

with the standard of proof being beyond reasonable doubt....if the only 'evidence' is her word against his that is not sufficient therefore the cps rules would mean they wouldn't
sanction the case. however, if he wasn't a celeb he would be stitched up even if innocent for the sake of conviction stats. as a 'celeb' the cps will follow the rules and more than
one word against another will be needed

Love the fact some on here are shooting a player down before he's been officially announced. Only at QPR.

Because they will have Benzema banging in goals for Real Madrid, Gomis scoring for Lyon, and add to that their talented scoring midfielders, Remy will not get a look in unless he is scoring in one of the top leagues in Europe.

In that case there is no guarantee by playing in the EPL that he will get selected.

Not even sure his a regular in their squad, even before he joined us anyway. Might be wrong though as before he signed for us I have only heard of him at Marseille and Spurs interest, never much at international level, then again I do not go out of my way to follow frances results/games.

He's a top striker and would get 20+ goals in the prem imo. No way would a Championship striker get into France's squad.

Same for most of us but we did buy a gem here.

Unfortunately one gem in a sea of floating turds goes unnoticed most of the time....
