I think it's likely that Hooper has agreed to sighn but has not done so yet hence we have given him until Sunday to do so or we will go somewhere else,
As for Dazza I can assure you he does not anything to boost his ego, he did state things could change did he not?
Aafter all is said and done he just stated what he has heard .

There are some people who will be looking for recognition for info which is why some others feel the need to slate him but Dazza is not into that and also if someone else does get a snippet of info he would be worried to share it for fear of being publicly humiliated come on people except it for what it is information which is why most of US are on here in the first place

Depends Matt. ...Messageboards should be light hearted humour, but it is also a platform for many cyber nutcases to try and look ...important to others because maybe in real life, they feel rejected and unimportant.Add that to the fact that people crave for information before others have it.... and you have created a monsters den of self gratification, ar.e lickng high fiving one upmanshiping ing.... Twitter has sort of spoilt messageboards now. oh and by the way, just heard we have mad a bid for Charlie Austin despite him failing a medical and he has been spotted in White City looking for digs this afternoon.

Maybe I am unusual in this but I do not care anything about anybody's ego, who says what or why and whether they are right or wrong. If somebody has some information post it, but don't post it in a way that it looks like it is done and dusted.

I suggested sometime ago that the mods could perhaps find some way of differentiating between what is rumour and what is fact by a different sort of heading. This doesn't mean waiting until the offy announces it (as this sometimes takes two or three days), but from reliable sources (such as Sky news and the BBC).

To the poster above who asked why it states he has signed, when he hasn't...means one of the follow.

This is a messageboard, and pre season many posters like to think,believe, they have information that may help other fans in their need for information on pending transfers to and from QPR.

This poster has stated...he hopes is sauce isn't lying.Thus, if incorrect, he will blame his sauce and walk away justified he was acting on good information.

If this poster is correct....he will win all the plaudits , lifetime legend status throughout QPR messageboard land etc etc.

Points to ponder on.The Op has stated that his sauce stated it is done and dusted..The main title is Hoopers signed.We have just seen on the news ( Sky) that Celtic have accepted an improved offer from us and we have given Hopper until weekend to make up his mind.

The two statements contradict each other.If he has signed- why are QPr waiting to the weekend for his decision?

One or the other of the statements is in correct.

Could always throw Redknapps stance in there two... One minute he knows nothing about it, the next we are a million miles apart, followed by the next according to SSN that we've had a bid accepted. There has been many players who's signed for clubs on day X and then the announcement has been made official days later.

Prime example SSN now reporting that we've had an offer accepted, yet officials from QPR we're in Glasgow at the weekend.

I firstly was told that an offer was accepted for Hooper and we'll know in the next 24/48 hours on the outcome. I was then later told it's all done and dusted. Celtic then omit him from their Champions League side which strangely Celtic then went on to make public. I then went to say his reasons for being left out would either be down to a groin strain or hamstring injury, again a story which Celtic later went on to put out. I don't work for Celtic, I don't write the articles for the press. If it's all made up stuff why would the media publish.

I can now cateogoricaly state that hooper hasnt signed neither would he sign,i know him very well we both know some mutual friends and he has said that he would only sign for a prem side if he left celtic

Ha I was thinking exactly the same thing mate. One of the main reasons i come on here at this time of year is for the rumours and news around transfers and then as soon as someone posts something up they get lynched!!!

End of the day, what benefit is there to you from posting rubbish? None, so it was obviously genuine and so will quite probably come off, if your mate is on the ball.
