Na that's fair enough and I get that. I guess I just struggle to understand the support for him. His main attribute is is work rate. (so was Parks and everyone hates him!) As I think Matty said on a different thread you could put any one of us on a pitch and we would run around with passion, doesn't mean we should be on the pitch!!

Problem is nik, Harry doesn't seem to rate him as hes barely played since Harry took over. If that's the case then we should offload, otherwise he's just taking up wages, albeit a lot less wages than some!

Good points mate, although I think Mackie's work ethic and all that will come in good use in the Championship, I think Harry will keep him around as a squad player and if he takes his chance he could be a regular starter.

I think the Premiership was maybe a step too far for him and beyond his means....
But you can fault his work rate and if he recaptures what he achieved with NW then I don't see why he couldn't be a decent squad player this season.
